User Data Deletion Instructions

In line with Meta / Facebook Platform rules, we provide users with the ability to request the deletion of any data collected by Lost on Samui.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account or any user data associated with Lost on Samui, you can do so by following these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to: lukaskruse1999@outlook.de
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — Lost on Samui"
  3. In the email body, please include your full name and the email address or Facebook User ID associated with your account.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will verify it and delete all associated personal data from our servers within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely removed.

Alternatively, you can remove our app's access to your Facebook account at any time by visiting your Facebook Account Settings → Apps and Websites and removing Lost on Samui.
